- Free returns possible within 14 days of receipt
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Send an email to info@matsjoy.com to request a return
- Refund within 5 business days after receipt of return

Personalized products (with name, photo or own design) cannot be returned, unless there is a production defect. Please check all details carefully before ordering.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Yes, after shipping you will receive an email with a track & trace link.
Send a photo to info@matsjoy.com within 48 hours. We will then send a replacement product as soon as possible.
Standard orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
