What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the material:

Polyamide: available from 1 piece.
Polyester: minimum 80 pieces per design (own design) or limited edition from our existing collection.
Foam & Cotton: on request — contact us via info@matsjoy.com.
Do I need to provide a ready-made design?
No. A rough sketch, mood board, or concept is sufficient. Our team will help you prepare the design for printing. Do you already have a file? Great — we'll review the technical requirements together.
In what sizes and shapes can I order?
Available sizes depend on the material:

Polyester: Ø 100 cm · Ø 130 cm · 110 × 170 cm · 130 × 130 cm · 130 × 180 cm
Polyamide, Foam & Cotton: sizes on request — we'll discuss this in the quote.

How long does production take?
Production time depends on the material and volume:

Polyester: average 6 weeks after approval and receipt of payment.
Polyamide, Foam & Cotton: production time on request — will be specified in the quote.

Are the mats safe for schools and childcare?
Absolutely. All playmats comply with the EU Toy Safety Directive EN71, are CE-compliant, and free from harmful substances. Washable at 30°C.
