What is the minimum order quantity? +

The minimum order quantity depends on the quality:

Polyamide: available from just 1 piece.
Polyester: minimum 80 pieces per design (custom design) or a limited run from our existing collection.
Foam & Cotton: on request — contact us at info@matsjoy.com.

Do I need to provide a ready-made design? +

No. A rough sketch, moodboard or concept is enough. Our team will help make the design print-ready. Already have a file? Great — we'll review the technical requirements together.

What sizes and shapes can I order? +

Available sizes depend on the quality:

Polyester: Ø 100 cm · Ø 130 cm · 110 × 170 cm · 130 × 130 cm · 130 × 180 cm
Polyamide, Foam & Cotton: sizes on request — discussed in the quote.

How long does production take? +

Polyester: on average 6 weeks after approval and receipt of payment.

Absolutely. All play mats comply with the EU Toy Safety Directive EN71, are CE-compliant and free of harmful substances. Washable at 30°C.
